B & B Rooms (including the breakfasts !)

• Mentioned prices are excluding 15% HST and including breakfast for 1 or 2 persons

• Prices are based on single or double occupancy for one night (add 20 dollars for an extra person in the Spinnaker).

• We accept payments on location by Cash, Visa Card, Master Card, JCB, American Express and Debit Cards.

• You can cancel free of charge until 3 days before arrival but you will be charged the first night if you cancel in the 3 days before arrival. Please inform us as soon as you know you have to cancel, so we can free up the room for someone else.

• Check-in time is 3-8 pm. Check-out time is 10-11 am. Other times are sometimes possible, upon request.

• Breakfast is not included but can be made available, upon request ($20 per person).

• The cottages are only available for 2 nights or longer.

Please inform us as soon as you know you have to cancel, so we can free up the room for someone else.

• The surcharge for each additional person (sofa bed in cottages Cutter and Sloop) is $15 per night.

• Regular check-in time is 3-8 pm. Check-out time is 10-11 am. Other times may be possible, upon request.

• Pets might be allowed in the cottages (on request), but an extra cleaning fee is due: $50 for the first two nights plus $15 for each following night.
